Is there any organized list for places to stay during NATO? I have Occupy people from Detroit who want to come out that weekend, but don't know where to stay.

On cang8.org, there is a web page called Housing Board.
Here, visitors can request lodging, and people with lodging to offer can enter their information.
Then, the coordinators can match visitors with lodging.

Coincidentally, I have some lodging to offer and had planned to register shortly.

Your Michigan visitors are more than welcome.

There is a great all-ages hostel downtown in a great location within walking distance to everything. The hostel has group rates, free breakfast, a big kitchen, and social rooms. If you want to have fun downtown, this is the ideal location at a good price. http://www.hichicago.org/

There are also hotels at a wide variety of prices. Of course, if you can get free lodging with someone, that is also nice.
