I am posting this on behalf of the 4/9/12 GA

Committee open houses
The GA form last night would like to see every Saturday representatives of committees to be at HQ from 3pm-7pm. These will not be committee meetings, but will allow for committees to recruit new membership, provide to the general public information on upcoming events/ actions. And it will facilitate a way for people to get involved and give their feedback in a way that we used to do when committee meetings were happening at HQ either before or after GAs. It will also provide an opportunity hold trainings on how to organize, non-violence, and direct actions.
