Please Annabel Melongo need support on March 13th, 2012, at 2600 California Ave. Chicago, IL.
She's challenging the constitutionality of the Illinois Eavesdropping Law both on Due Process and First Amendment Violations. She's charged of recording a Cook County Court Reporter Manager who covered-up the fact that Melongo's court transcript were altered. Melongo spent 18 months in jail for this and is currently out on house arrest. Please Support Melongo by just coming to her court hearing; it would send a clear message to the Illinois Legal System which uses the law to intimidate honest citizens. Melongo later filed a complaint at the FBI headquarters regarding her court transcript being forged. For more details on her case, read the section of her motion titled "The Facts Of The Case".
