Discussion on a Coordinated Organizing/Outreach Strategy

- Setting up a framework by which we can set goals and targets for outreach
- Plan trainings and coordinate turnout for trainings to facilitate the development of a single coordinate outreach campaign
- Discuss ways in which we can coordinate outreach beyond social media tools
- etc.

- Also talk about the distinction between drawing supporters from already organized networks/activists vs untouched networks
- Distinction between energizing one's base vs. drawing in and radicalizing new supporters

I like the ideas, but does this need to be proposed at GA? Maybe the discussion could come before a plan is presented and voted on at the GA??
