OC could really use some well designed flyers, captioned photos, and youtube videos with the quality to go viral.

I suggest a dumping ground for the compilation of all digital media documenting OC, alongside forums encouraging the creative usage of this content for communicating the various messages of OC.

Maybe a YouTube Channel? Where film makers can submitted their work in a finished state? And network among themselves and the viewers for collaborative projects, source additional footage from viewers.
Would be a great record with appeal on so many levels...
I don't know if Vimeo has something comparable to the channel feature of You Tube. You Tube does have the broadest reach.

An INDEXED dumping ground, good idea. Just a DUMPING GROUND, is leaving a lot of work and maintenance for preservation staff that doesn't exist.

I agree with the specification you make. Any idea where/who to contact concerning the digital media that currently exists?

I'm willing to do as much footwork as necessary if someone gives me contacts.
