A better way to charge your mobiles..

I have a portable Honda petrol generator at my disposal if that helps. I can also scratch build batteries and capacitors so long as basic materials are provided.
Hell I already have the materials to build a Tesla coil to help boost voltages and amperage from other sources to help charge batteries faster. All I need are some basic requirements on how much power we roughly need.13
A Tesla coil! now you are talking. How could that be worked into the solar panel solution?? As far as determining how much power, my thought was to get one solar solution working that would provide / store enough energy all day long to provide a charge to a laptop and cell phone all night long until the sun comes up. (it would be a bonus to also have a coffee pot and a heater!). Once that is accomplished, then move on to a solution that would allow double that.
The Tesla coil can be used to augment the power output of the solar panels so long as I can properly hook the 2 up. Also the only thing I lack for a safe Tesla coil is a glass or polycarbonate bubble to enclose the Topload AKA the srhoom cap at the top since it can give off arks of mini lightning depending on the amount of voltage produced. If its lower voltages in the area of about 5,000-10,000 volts the arks will remain fairly small and thus safe. Roughly about 6-8 inches in length which is fine so long as no one tries to touch it :P It would be one hell of a light show tho maybe even like a beacon to our cause.
Also I have the following parts to make one
Primary coils
Secondary coils
Topload
Homemade simple capacitors
Safety and rotary Spark gaps
All I need at this point is a Furnace ignition transformer & a Radio Frequency Filter for good measure.
Actually any of the following transformers will do
NST Neon Sign Transformer, 5-15Kv, 200-600w
OBIT Oil Burner Ignition Transformer, 5-15Kv, 100-300w
Supply Transformer (Pole Pig), 5-22Kv, 5K-20Kw

We should merge the ideas and build a prototype. If this movement is in for the long haul, this will become crucial. The same can be said for a way to communicate that cannot be censored or shut down.
Maybe we should take this offline as far as the details, and figure out how to work together.

What are the actual dimensions of the coil?

Roughly the dimension of my original design is about a meter tall from base to topload and about 30-40 cm wide "not including the capacitors on a separate base". I'm thinking of making it smaller to easier transport since I don't know how it will be transported since my dad took my car on a road trip for work in California. I'm making simple capacitors using glass jars, acid, aluminum foil and iron nails atm.
If you want to meet in person that's fine by me its just that I have no way of actually getting to were the actual protests are taking place. Also I live in Cedar Lake Indiana so im not sure if you would be willing to drive all the way out here.
Oh and btw you can contact me at facebook my name is Tomek Jastrzebski
