My submission-

We hereby petition the City of Chicago for redress of grievance in regards to
(a)Violation of 1st Amendment right to petition government for redress of grievance.
(B)Violation of first Amendment right to freedom of speech.
(c)To cease and desist from the Unconstitutional and Illegal activities, in the form of police harassment and arrest, ordered by the office of Mayor and executed against Fellow Americans taking part in the Occupy Chicago movement.

Under our first Amendment guarantee of petition and speech, the City of Chicago’s appeal to the Supreme court ruling as it pertains to time, place and manner restriction, is unmet in relation to at least two of the four necessary components, disqualifying this application.

Further, we submit that the United States constitution is the law for the law makers and any interpretation that pertains to any amendment in the bill of rights that acts to modify any amendment’s express intent (As in the petition of government for redress of grievance) is in fact and amounts to an amendment passed by the judiciary and therefore unconstitutional in itself.

Further we understand the power of precedent and again appeal to the constitution as the final arbiter in its plain language as to the protections offered therein.

Therefore we find it necessary to remind our public servants of their oath to uphold our rights and remedies and refrain from malfeasance in the execution of their duties.

{The 1st Amendment to the constitution}Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for redress of grievance

According to the Amendment itself the only legitimate bar to free speech rest on the term peaceably in the context of Americans citizens seeking redress of grievance.
The only qualifier in the express intent of our forefathers was the requirement of being peaceful.

In the light that United states constitutional law supersedes state and certainly park ordinance, we hereby demand the rightful restoration of our full rights and protections under the law as citizens of the United States of America.

You do not examine legislation in the light of the benefits it will convey if properly administered, but in the light of the wrongs it would do and the harms it would cause if improperly administered.
