All About Eves (Cancelling Xmas and New Years GAs)

Hey, everybody, I hope this is an uncontroversial proposal.
That's simple, right?
We could totes have a party or two, instead.
This year, both Christmas Eve and New Years fall on Saturdays, which are Voting General Assemblies. I propose that we cancel GAs on the 24th and 31st of December.
