Fixing inequalities should be a big part of occupy chicago. The substance of
inequalities is generally known. The question is how did we get there and how do we fix it.
Two of the "evil tools" to create this frankenstein monster are:
Gerry mandering(drawing congressional districts to favor incubents and marginalize
certain groups.) and allowing unlimited campaign spending to distort the democratic
process and overshadow the will of the people.
Now the occupy wall street movement and sister movements around the country are
getting a lot of free media coverage that you could hardly purchase if you were able to.


An opportunity to publicize these basic issues has been presented to you. Parading

signs if front of the press such as: (Gerry Mandering is Undemocratic) and
(unlimited campaign spending is detrimental to democracy) would give the country some
focus on what you are demanding. You would find very few disagreeing with those
messages.
