I believe I need legal help; a judgement of foreclosure against our home happened in September, 2011 with right of redemption until January 14th, 2012. I'm trying for a modification but am having difficulty with my Profit & Loss statements in matching a 31% debt to income ratio, which US Bank is unwilling to negotiate thus. I need a modification to stay in our home.
