I propose enacting a minimum wage law that limits the highest Corporate Executive salary granted by corporate Board of Directors to a maximum of 49X that of the lowest paid hourly worker.
If enacted if CEO's want more pay they have to increase the base pay of the lowest hourly worker. WIN,WIN,WI,WIN
Hourly Worker wins Gets steady pay raises
CEO's win Gets larger salary
Govt. wins gets more taxes.
We win as the 99% We get a grievance that can be acted upon immediately
Bottom line fair to 100%
I feel this is better than eliminating corporate personhood. http://tinyurl.com/3lsxw7b video explains why

I feel this makes a lot of sense and agree we need to focus on this as a quick goal we can accomplish.

Proposed Grievance for GA PLEASE SUBMIT FOR TEMP
I put a post on the "potential proposals" forum about changing employer/employee working dynamics. I did not mention another idea (which would receive *great* resistance from businesses) is to eliminate the designation of a business entity (corporations, S corporations, LLC's, etc) to be completely reduced into entrepreneurships or partnerships.
1. This totally eliminates the shield of being a limited liability entity, the owners will be held directly responsible (and financially liable) for the products or services they sell.
2. While businesses will be privately owned (instead of publicly sold), this will take away from their ability from being a huge entity as opposed to a real person at the wheel. Contrast Starbucks with a mom-n'-pop store.
