Lawsuit for 1st amendment rights

Occupy Chicago hereby commits to a mass march on city hall tomorrow morning, leaving Jackson & LaSalle at 8AM. We will present to them a class action lawsuit, based upon the advice of our legal team, against Rahm Emannuel for his violation of our 1^st amendment rights of free speech and peaceful assembly, which supercede local park ordinances.  We condemn the violation of the human rights of those arrested by denying them phone calls, bail, and legal counsel.  We call upon the people of America to act: protect our fundamental rights and the core of what it means to be American.  If you do not stand with us now, you will lose these rights forever.

We are going to announce that some people are interested in pursuing the lawsuit as an option tonight, having legal look into it, and once those arrested and interested in pursuing this have worked out what action they want to engage in and its exact wording with the legal team, it will be taken before GA for us to vote as to whether we officially endorse and support this as a movement.
