So comfortable in your tiny, socially conditioned boxes, that whenever someone says "fuck", you freak out and jump up in fear.

I understand your points of view. Thanks for the reminder to think about someone else for a change.
I quit a lot of addictions over the the years and ended up with chain smoking as one of my last vices. Don't worry though. I quit a few times a year.
I'll try to remember to make sure I'm downwind.

Now I'ld like to ask the folks to stop burning gasoline and diesel on Jackson and LaSalle as they drive by. It seems worse than burning a leaf. ;)

Well Tom, since you like being politically incorrect and unreasonable and well . . . I won't call you childish names like you enjoy doing . . . I'll ignore reasoning with you. Back in the day (I'm over 50) I never smoked because I recognized how it destroyed communities of color and the poor, financially and physically. People like you make Occupy anything a bourgeois movement, one antagonistic to the welfare of the masses, and certainly not revolutionary in any sense--just plain ole status quo liberal drivel under the guise of freedom-loving individualism. Well, Tom, the contradiction lives on in you and other "liberals" who in reality feed the structural girders of capitalism and its persistence, rather than search for alternatives to the present mess we find ourselves in and nourish.

Well Tom, I guess I can't reason with you. I refuse to call you names because it is a waste of time, gets the blood pressure up for no good reason, and keeps the status quo going a little bit longer. If you ever want to change the status quo, be the change you want to see. Smoking is the status quo. Tobacco interests are the largest manufacturers of the status quo. I have little use for those who defend big tobacco. And if Occupy Chicago consists of bourgeois liberals masquerading as libertarians with little on their minds than simple self-interest, I have little use for it too. Consequences from the status quo are too great; they demand critique and direct action.

Listen, stop being a fucking robot and start using your heart instead of brain for once. The brain reasons, the heart knows. The passion flows from the heart, so don't be afraid to spice up your life a little.

You could really talk in circles forever, because that's all the human brain does, but in the end you'll end up being really fucking boring. Bottom line: live and let other people live. Feeeeeeeeel.

Hmmm, seems Tom might be an agent provocateur--of sorts. Or at least others think so. Well, anyway, he and others might wish to cause mischief, and listening to the last post about a fight at the rally today, things might be unraveling. Emotional verbal duels escalating into physical fights. Stupid immature in-fighting. I think I'll leave off of Occupy for a while. What really is the point? Silly mischief and provocation? Self-interested petty action and thinking?
