I think putting it out there with a time an simple action is doable.

Personally, I dont encourage balloons for environmental reasons. So maybe involving yellow in another way. Yellow signs, and yellow scarves or other stuff like people could dig out of their closets to wear.

I agree that balloons are not a great idea. We can get biodegradable balloons but it's also December and balloons don't float too well in the cold. Yellow signs would work. I like the idea of wearing yellow too. It could be kind of fun to see what people come up with.

I'm ready to start planning our next event! I put my feels out about doing something during the open house for the new indoor space. I'm not sure that a date has been set but I know it's in the works.

Another March the the GA would also be fun. We can do flashlights again or masks or even incorporate the "wear yellow" campaign. Thoughts?

I participated in a Ustream conference with a few other occupy parents organization around the country. Some members may be attending the G8 and NATO summits this spring. I've been thinking a lot about planning a few family friendly activites at a location maybe away from the action. We've got a few months to think about it but it's never too early to start.
