Concerning : A simple solution for all national and global debt, permanently. Which makes it possible and profitable to end all world poverty.
First I will quickly describe the problems, and then I will quickly describe a step by step solution plan, and finally, re-explain why you should approve of it.

PROBLEM :
1) Our national debt is not 16 trillion, but more like 300 trillion, since it ALSO includes every dollar in circulation since we borrowed those Dollars from a privately owned Federal Reserve since 1933, as per the National Banking ACT of 1933,

2) As such our nation has operated in permanent bankruptcy status, making interest payments yearly using Tax dollars, which is called the modern fiat, or debt currency system, and which has been pushed across the globe by the IMF and World Bank, via the UN with the USA leading the charge everywhere. (This is the cause of global hate for the west.)

3) Sadly, while the intentions were good, the method ITSELF by its nature cannot ever hope to solve the worlds economic problems, let alone come close to solving for poverty or hunger simply because the modern fiat debt currency system, is, literally, '''debt slavery''', where everything is set up to require lending, even the use of currency is a loan with interest payments, all lending to banks and from banks is tied to interest, and the market is pressured so that constant debt has become a social norm, and where people must pay double for everything they buy like cars and homes, and fall easy prey to all forms of easy debt and low payments, which is nothing more than legalized loan shark debt slavery which then promotes economic bubbles as people go into long term debts.

4) AND IT IS THIS ENDLESS MASSIVE DEBT ON ALL SIDES, by States, Nations, by people, and the use of loan shark tactics at all levels, and the passing laws to legalize the robbing of everyone of the freedom and constitutional protections they once enjoyed, which is the problem, because it drains all the economic wealth out of the hands of the producers (workers and business owners), and gives it to the investors who own the debts, which means they literally own part of someone else's labor and wealth production, which is by definition "debt slavery".

5) Those freedoms and rights Americans think they have are all gone, by having turned the people into investment chattel to which who's debts can be bought and sold just as slaves have always been (The New Deal of 1933). The problem is, YOU and all Americans lost all constitutional protection in 1933, and the people were made into chattel assets to ensure the payment of interest to the new Federal Reserve, and to make it possible FDR had to crush freedom, and did so in 1938, when the entire national legal system was CHANGED by FDR using un-constitutional Emergency War Powers. 6) This has all led to revolving door prisons, massive debts on all sides, intentional bloated bubbles in markets, and our present global debt crisis, which if it continues can only get worse for those on the bottom, and make a lot of trouble for those on top.

7) Worst of all, is that the Bible has lending laws, which forbid profiting off of loan sharking to a brother,
(Deu 23:19) Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury:
(Deu 23:20) Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither, thou goest to possess it.

And then it was Jesus who said the whole world are his brethren, brothers, and that we are to treat each other as one family under god our heavenly father, and as such the lending laws apply, meaning it is against godly law to loan shark to each other, and to profit off of loans to each other, because family doesnt do that, family helps each other.
Therefore, all the interest based currency, and interest based lending and investing into other peoples debts, is a direct violation of the laws of God, IF YOU RESPECT JESUS, and agree with Jesus, and so, Christians and Muslims cannot say the modern currency or banking system is in anyway godly, IN FACT IT IS DIRECTLY UN-GODLY, by its deliberate defiance of any semblance of brotherhood, and its existance as legalized loan sharking for profit, with no recognition of god's law.
Now... I would not suggest we follow biblical doctrine blindly...
But think.... The Usury (lending) laws in the Torah, prevented Jew from Abusing Jew, and mandated that in lending Jew can ONLY help Jew... NOT ROB EACH OTHER..
THAT.. IS JUST GOOD BUSINESS... a good business plan for any ONE people.
Well... THIS IS ONE WORLD.... now... and it would be good business if we acted like one people and treated each other as one family, and held those high standards to help each other, instead of robbing each other blind with endless loan sharking.

It is the loan sharking which is the dead weight holding back our worlds economic potential to truly blossom and produce.

I.e... The problem is, global investors want to invest to make money, and right now they are all invested into the debt currencies of the world, and the debts of every personal and business loan debt, and so, are ALL invested into the modern debt slavery of the world.... And the only way TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, IS TO GIVE THE WORLD A BETTER WAY (places) TO INVEST...
I.E... GIVE THE WORLD A BETTER OPTION THAN INVESTING INTO DEBT SLAVERY.

I am offering that more profitable option to you all now, please take it, use it, and help our world.

A New Deal for 2012! (To fix the problems caused by the New Deal of 1933!)
The following is an Executive summary of this New Deal for 2012, in three stages.

3) Re-organize the UN, into a U.N.F, United. Nations. Federation ... modeled on the U.S. Constitution, and demand a re-write of the UN charter to insure the sovereign freedom of the states(nations), and then re-organize the World Bank(like a non-profit Federal Reserve),and IMF(like Treasury), as non-profit parts of the UN, owned by the people of the earth, through the United Nations, and thus allow the UNF, to take recognized ownership of all international lands, including space and all other bodies in space, in our solar system, and then, use a similar currency creation method to pay off global debt, and have almost endless investment capital to be able to contract with the businesses of the world, through fair open bidding processes, to build up the global infrastructure, so as to allow our species to expand into the solar system, and eventually the stars, and in this process, make it actually profitable and possible to end all world poverty, by employing the entire world, on massive global efforts in benefit to the entire planet.
And in this way, all the major bankers and investors of the world, can invest into real world projects of long term value and make real money, instead of investing into debt currency schemes, which have enslaved our world, and serves as a form of dead weight which holds back our planets economic potential.

This would be done, by beginning several hundred or thousands of new long term work site projects across the nation, including but not limited too, Nuclear and Solar power plants, deep mine shaft style geothermal and mineral exploration bellow every major city in the nation, and large scale diversion of percentages of the Mississippi and other rivers, into the southern states of New Mexico, Arizona and Southern California, and terra-form the entire South-West. Is... : Where it is well known that globalization is very real in today's market, and so considerable American industries are invested internationally, thus it becomes important to not only preserve those interests but to advance and expand them, but, only for, I repeat, only for, incorporations filed and paying taxes here in the U.S.A. To U.S. based international efforts, lending would be easy and encouraged. However with this comes regulation to prevent corporations from creating shells, and off-shoring their profits to middlemen corporations filed internationally to avoid taxation.
And with this, comes an international effort to pressure all other nations, and the U.N. and World Bank, and IMF, to wake up to these better policies of currency, banking, finance, and debt, and the development of true wealth.

Is... : BASICALLY, once the U.S.A. adopts these New Deal for 2012 economic policies, and restores its Constitutional republic, real money, and ends the never ending, ever increasing debt of the 80 year old bankruptcy, then, suddenly, our nation will still have to deal with the rest of the world, which we are involved with, and who are still trapped in their debt burdens, which have been established globally by the World Bank, and I.M.F... via the U.N. and the same investor based debt currency schemes.... which has placed that global debt on the backs of the people globally, and no matter how well intentioned, it would simply be impossible for the U.S.A. as one nation to solves the worlds problems, and such economic issues and global agenda of solution must be addressed at the U.N. and World Bank, I.M.F. levels.
Just as Stage One, discussed, our nations debt is paid off by use of recognized ownership and long term access and use of the land mass of that nation, where the land mass wealth potential of the United States as a whole, is so vast, that the use of large scale government run, prison labor based, mining efforts to produce commodity values is so simple to develop, and so profitable in the long term, that it makes it possible to pay off all debts, and revalue all currency, and even print currency on demand based on long term futures security certificates, valued in commodities derived from our soils.
Here in Stage Three, we recognize that to solve the bigger picture of global economics, and Poverty, that it requires something more than the U.S.A. can do alone, and would require a new co-operative union of nations, to work together on very agreeable long term mutual goals of, long term profitable mutual benefit, and luckily for the world today, we have the foundation for such an economic union, which we know of as the U.N., which as part of this New Deal for 2012, would re-organize itself into a United Nations Federation, of Sovereign free nations, exactly like the founding fathers did with the states, and granting the Federal government, limited powers to regulate commerce, and print and produce real debt free money, and settle for disputes.

Basically, we form a union of world nations, and as such, under contract agreement, agree to declare ownership of the entire solar system, then, we can as a planet via the U.N.F. and then, non-profit World Bank, and I.M.Treasury, create a futures based security certificate, based on those future obtainable values in the solar system.
And the value of these new security certificates, is based on our faith in our worlds work potential to go and get it over time, and the legally binding assurance of law dictating that U.N.F. government must work to do exactly that by running massive mining efforts..... in this case... globally, internationally, such as Antarctica, and the bottom of the Oceans, and .. most importantly, internationally, in space, such as on the Moon, Mars, Venus, and the Asterioid Belt.
It being easily understood that the potential long term wealth to be obtained from long term efforts in mining the resources of the solar system, is so huge, as to dwarf any of the costs today and over the next 100-500 years, meaning literally, that we can employ the entire world to build up the infrastructure of our planet to not only handle its own population growth, but honestly, realistically, develop the means to launch our people literally amongst the planets and then the stars. And not only does the effort pay for itself, but the reward is on the whole found by providing the long term assurance of our peoples survival even if our world is destroyed. Which can happen.
Stage Three, would literally be, where I as President pressure and compel the nations of the world, via the U.N... to adopt these new currency policies, and use them to end all world wide debt, end all bankruptcy, and allow nations to begin to prosper accordingly, and allow global investors to invest into real things, real businesses and real projects, instead of just investing into debt currency and lending schemes. In this way, we can end all world poverty, by allowing the U.N.F. via the World Bank, to lend to nations with zero interest, and to corporations with extremely low interest and so also contract with international corporations, to get the job done, which is employing the world in building up the global infrastructure and industry to rapidly expand into the seas, Antarctica, and then Space itself, with a focus on the Moon in order to develop long term efforts to the Asterioid belt.

It is where our entire planet joins in union, and adopts for itself a serious and deliberate market goal, which is two fold, the first is interplanetary expansion, and gaining access to the wealth of the Asterioid belt, and the second, is establishing and developing the technology and the means and confidence to literally launch our people by the millions across the galaxy to other stars and planets, the rewards for which are not measurable in Dollars... unless.. and until regular trade routes are established between stars, which could be a very long time, if ever.

The simple fact of the matter is, it would be profitable for our world to employ its people on a large scale to launch into and fully take over this solar system, and in doing so, the resources gained over time, can more than pay for the long term debt of doing so.

I will now re-explain why YOU should support and want to promote this solution plan.

1) An Automatic reduction in all income taxes by 10%.
2) All Dollars are revalued, and become stable in value, and cannot suffer deflation due to inflation. (This prevents a global economic disaster)
3) With the end of the 80 year old bankruptcy, our sovereign nation is restored, and the constitution can be re-instated as the rule of law. And Amendments can re-organize the powers of the Federal government.
4) The Federal government gains access to almost unlimited self lending capacity, allowing it to capitalize the entire economy to expand.
5) With the new unlimited development capital, it becomes easily possible to end un-employment in the USA permanently, because the new expansion efforts of the government are to be by design specifically as large as needed to offset un-employment, and can be slowed down as needed to maintain a workers market in the free market as a permanent basis, insuring both a form of social security for all workers, and assuring the business sector easy access to trained and skilled workers, as needed over time.
6) Lending for Profit to the people, is NOT outlawed, HOWEVER the new nationalized Federal Reserve run by congress, would be able to supply interest free loans to all the people, and maintain an interest based lending profit margin for banks in lending to business, with the understanding that the business sector will be constantly pushed by the Federal government into an expansion mode, assuring expansion and growth for all sectors.

7) True property rights can be restored to all the people, and their alodial title to property assured by the restoration of true money, the limits of constitutional law, and freeing the people from the presumption of contracting in commerce with the government, which is today used to rob the people of constitutional protections and due compensation.

The Debt system cannot solve anything, because it is not meant to, the debt system is only designed to bring profit to the lenders, thats all. It is not meant to solve anything.
The modern system of debt currency and lending, is basically debt slavery of the world, and it is that debt.. which prevents real growth and wealth development.
Our world is like a plant, if we give it what it needs, like cheap (almost free) energy, cheap water, and cheap nutrients, and we care for it, then IT CAN BLOSSOM... AND BECOME A MAJOR FLOWERING BUSH, which can spread across the cosmos.... but if we ... restrict energy, and make it expensive.. if we make water scarce and expensive, if we make food and nutrients, scarce and expensive... then... the plant can barely grow... and it is doing all it can do to survive... and just survive... barely.. but it cannot thrive, and it cannot produce the amazing bounty of fruit and product... it just cant... because it is choked with debt.
Our world is choked with debt.. and it is strangling our potential.
When the people are free of debt, then they will have complete confidence and spend the money they save on building their lives, and their lives 'is' the economy.
I ask you to think about it, debate it if you can, otherwise adopt it as a good plan.

I say you should be an army for good and work to develop and build the long term salvation of our people by following my economic plan to make it affordable to pay for the long range colonization of the galaxy.. literally... no other plan can make it possible to pay such an effort... but my plan does, and would allow us to save our species by seeding the cosmos, as the ultimate goal of our society... for if we do not... then we all die on this rock, and that will be the end.

Only you can decide what you are... if you are strong and can join with Mosheh and what is right, then we can save ourselves for the long term destiny of being... or... or... you can be weak and do nothing, and our species will die. period.
