[Contact form] Hello from Occupy Seattle
Hello. First let me quickly introduce myself, my name is Damien Darby and I am a writer. I live about fifteen minutes north of Seattle. Our occupation efforts need funding like yours does. That is a fact.

Occupy Seattle has not raised much money and it frustrates me. I want to help. Outreach is hard because of the stranglehold the media has. Their smear campaign is ruthless. I am just an average guy, basically one step away from being on the street myself. I am not some big name person. However, I wrote an eBook for the movement, and I believe it speaks volumes for it. I believe it can be a “poster child” work of contemporary literature that reflects who we are, why we are doing what we are doing, and where we see the world heading. A large portion of the sales of my inexpensive eBooks will be going straight to Occupy Seattle. My dream is that others see its potential and it brings our movement more attention. Providing enough money not only to take care of Occupy Seattle, but can go out from there into the national occupation.
All I am asking from you is a little exposure. Anything you can do would be a huge help. This is not some corporate novel. I am not peddling anything that does not represent who we are. I believe it can touch a large audience. People can read a fictional story representing our revolution and help raise money for the cause at the same time. I just pray this e-mail reaches the right person.

Thanks for any and all of your help. All your efforts are greatly appreciated. History will remember us.
