Spurious Facebook entry

I got this entry warning from a good friend. The link links to a the Alderman of the 46th ward. I have been a resident of Uptown for 29 years defending the poor. He is no real friend of the 99. Here is the message I got:

Occupy "Occupy Chicago's Facebook" http://www.facebook.com/OccupyChicago.
This page has been commenting on the Uptown Update's facebook page and has chosen to "like" that page. Uptown Update's blog is a tool for the Uptown Chicago Commission, James Cappleman and other gentrifiers of Uptown and is not in line with the goals of the Occupy Movement. Let them know, worn them not to let there movement be co-opted, post on their page.
Take quotes from UU http://www.uptownupdate.com/
that show their hatred, racism and bigotry towards the disenfranchised. Occupy!

Consider deleting that post.

Hi Thomas,

I poked around uptownupdate.com and didn't come across anything offensive published by the site.

Can you link to anything specifically indicating hatred, racism, and bigotry? If a Chicago community site is promoting that, we certainly want to take more of a stand than just un-liking.
