A carful of good donation items--when to drop off?

Sisters & brothers--
I have a carful of donation items that I want to bring to HQ. It appears the open donation times are during GAs--is that right? I don't want to disturb the GA that I can't stay for by bringing in all the stuff. Is there another way donations are being handled? Also, since it's a lot of stuff, it would help to have someone come help out to bring it upstairs. Is there also a hand-truck or something that can be used?
