Who is in charge of Donations Committee

Hi,
I signed up to help out with donations (meaning I wanted to donate), and now am receiving lots of emails regarding questions about donations. But I do not see any replies to these questions. Is there someone in charge of the donation committee, or have I unwittingly signed up to be in charge?
