If there is a quantitative affect on their servers that effects the normal operation of their communications let it be because they received a number of e-mails from different protesters rather than it be because you sent any one office holder or office a number of e-mails on the same day.

Respecting first responders and public safety, do not send e-mails directly to office holders or offices such as the police, fire department nor emergency and ambulatory agents or services.
