Hi,

This is Mackel. I spoke to Lynette last Friday at GA.

I told Lynette I'd be forwarding some language around judicial process and mediation to you.

Sorry it took so long. I got distracted with other things.

Below is a link to documents from my union, the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW).

You can open the pdf version of our Constitution. I've outlined the sections that deal with complaints procedure as well as mediation.

I hope you find some of this useful. I think it is very well written. I find it helpful to have samples rather than reinvent the wheel.

So let me know if you end up using any of it or if I can answer any questions.
