Anyone interested in running for elected office?

The purpose of the internal coordination committee is to oversee committee activities and to aid in the
organizational infrastructure, scheduling, and inter-committee communications. Furthermore we will
provide detailed analysis of the activities of Occupy Chicago so that we may properly augment our
efforts for the highest lever of efficiency and progress.

Anyone interested in running for elected office?

Hi,

This is Tom Cummins from Occupy Boulder, and I'm trying to find other Occupy members interested in running for elected office. My goal is not to win, well maybe a few, like our City Council who just shutdown our encampment, but to get so many people to run that we could actually become a threat to the Democrats. Who would Occupy members pull votes from - not Repubs, but definitely Dems, and if the threat became great enough, they might start listening to Occupy and "grow a pair." I personally am running for President "finance-free" via Facebook - I'm 6 days into my campaign - I have some things I want to say, and I'm hoping to find a lot more people just like me. It's actually kind of fun, well except for the part where my 3 grown children are barely speaking to me, but I'm not doing it for them, I'm doing it for my 5 grandkids.

So, if you could post this somewhere, or tell me where I can post it, I would really appreciate it. My campaign email address is: grandpatom42012@gmail.com, and my Facebook page is under Tom Cummins.

Thanks for the assist,

Tom
