Hello, my name is Kamaray Page. I am contacting you in regards to a federal court appeals case in which criminal charges were brought up against a family that worked to alleviate not only the citizens of Chicago of their housing and mortgage troubles, but also those around the country. I have been looking into and research this particular case and have found some very conflicting testimonies and information in regards to this particular case. From what I have found is that Federal Government, along with the State Government and Banking institutions may have conspired against this particular group of people in regards to the work that was being done to help build up the Chicago community in terms of alleviating and relieving their clients foreclosure debt, as well as providing adequate training to develop Chicago's small business community. From the evidence provided in the transcript, I have found conflicting testimonies, lack of fundamental evidence necessary to prosecute and convict these people, and the legal ramifications or punishments given to these people have been grossly misused and taken completely out of their legal context in regards to the law. I again have been researching this case, and I can provide transcript information as well as any other other that I have acquired in regards to this case, but in my opinion, these people have been buried by the law because the services that they provided to the public would have decimated this current foreclosure crisis as would have provided adequate income to help the public in rebuilding our job market. I believe that this was an attempt to silence these people from ever providing a solution for the public to get out of this financial crisis which currently is facing every man, woman, and child in this country.
