Direct Action team,

I was referred to you through Seth. I am the playwrite who has organized a play for and about the movement. The company is currently rehearsing at the Sanctuary, with Father Ted's help.

We are working to a first performance date of 23December. More immediate will be radio promotions at Loyola, on WBEZ and on WCPT. The radio segments will entail performance pieces from the play and a bit about each cast member we are envisioning a protest that would culminate in our performance before the Occupy protesters, and which would also be publicized. We would also like to do free theater performances around the city and perhaps some additional flash performances outdoors for this family-friendly play. We have several theaters in mind, and we are in discussions with them. The "Occupy Players" as we have come to be called, need your help in coordinating an outdoor event that will merge the protest with its artistic counterpart. It would be helpful to have something to offer event-wise as we go into next week's radio interviews, as well we are creating a facebook page for the theater group- all of whom are supporters and activists- to communicate performance dates and information.
