[Contact form] Announcement about a message from Rahm's

education01 sent a message using the contact form at http://occupychi.org/contact.

Some people went to Rahm's office today to deliver (again) a petition to let us peacably encamp. This time their office asked us to come back to them with a proposal outlining the terms of encampment, and addressing such concerns as sanitation, security, etc. I would like to get on the agenda if only to announce this to GA, and to have a stack on the idea of doing something about it. This is not a proposal, nor a presentation of a proposal, but a stack on the very notion of even moving toward drafting a proposal in which we would vote on doing something about this.
