Hello, my beloved Secretariat!

Would someone be so kind as to give me a link to the procedural rules that are to be followed by the GA?

For example, the voting rules that state a passing vote is 9/10 using the yes and no votes and omitting the abstentions.

Also the rules that state that a proposal must be posted for 24 hours before the vote is taken (which essentially means that it should be posted before the presentation of the proposal).

Any chance you all have the procedures written in a consolidated "manual"?
