[Contact form] GA relocation to UofC on Monday

The only place I could find the notice that the GA is being relocated on Monday to UofC was in the event notice for the protest there.

If it is more prominently posted and I missed it, please forgive me. Otherwise I think that this significant of a change to our routine should be placed prominently on the front page as a separate item. I also recommend that Tech configures it to float so it's always at the top until after Monday evening. It should also be announced at every GA by the Moderator (people tend to listen most to the Moderator).

I can make a poster and place it on the food cart at HQ to notify those that stay at the corner through GA.
