I've just started making a real effort to incorporate slow food into our family's menu. So locally grown, organic, seasonal vegetables and fruits--not the kind you get at 360 which are flown zillions of miles. I understand there's an organic farmer's market taking place at Star Ferry every Wednesday. Any others?

Also, I noticed some tomatoes from Shenzhen were labeled "non-chemical". Anyone know what they mean by that? What should one look for in labels?
