Most people don't know about fractional reserve banking, even though it is how banking systems work world wide. Do you think its logical to have a system where our money is generated by debt?

How can our money be a value of our labor when MOST money is generated by the fact that people are largely economically unequal?

As such, don't you think bankers have a distinct financial interest to keep the populous economically unequal, i.e. making record profits while the working class is at an all time struggle?

Is debt a form of slavery? I know a whole lot of people feel like it.

I hope you really did watch "Money is Debt".  But there is point that you did not mention, it's the part that about 90% of the entire money supply does not exist as physical currency, it only exists as a various form of security or a financial instrument.  And those things are backed by other tangible assets and often times the owners of those securities are expecting a positive return upon a redemption of that security.  Or it might be collataralized-debt or some other non-liquidable asset, and obviously they don't want to deal with any insolvency issues.  Are you confused yet??

 

This is TOTALLY the reason why going head-to-head with the financial industry is going to need MORE than street protests.  Hitting the industry where it hurts means hitting them using the language and motions that they operate by.

 

It would be good for lots of people to watch and understand the implications spoken of by "Money is Debt".

The debate should be determined by the two courts the parties have presented with the issues. The debate is now before the courts and that forum as opposed to the public forum is the appropriate place to settle this disagreement.
