An idea of two great learning opportunities...
1) a "teach-in" for occupiers on Sunday the 16th about family offices, the concept of wealth planning, and how they continue financial disparity...
2) Holding a workshop at the Teachers for Social Justice curriculum fair and the creation of an "Occupy Movement" lesson plan for use in classrooms to promote social justice and provide information to students and teachers about the Occupy movement... The fair is on Nov 19, and workshop proposals are due on October 18.
I'm willing to assist in both of these and would love to collaborate with other teachers and those passionate about education... Will someone from Education please contact me since the email address isn't posted yet? I met Torry today, so maybe he'll see this!
