Proposal for Mass Trick Or Treat visit to Rahm Emanuel's house on Monday

I propose that Occupy Chicago visits our Mayor this halloween evening for a little trick or treating. 

The details are open for discussion.  This could be a collaborative effort between direct action committee and arts and rec. 

We could dress up as his corporate sponsorship and hold out bags to be filled with treats.  Or maybe a thousand of us wearing guy fawkes masks?  Or maybe we all just get creative and have a best Rahm-relevant costume contest?

Turnout should be maximized and a press release should be released shortly before. 

A final proposal should be ironed out by thursday evening and voted on at Friday's 7:00 G.A.
