My recommendation would be to create some political theatre of what is happening. Don't go after the effect (not having a job because of wall street consolidation of power), but go after the cause (Wall Street and various lobby groups bribing Congressmen for so many years, leading to a consolidation of power).
We need to break people away from the idea that a two party system and the current electoral works. We need to put on display what goes on in front of the world behind close doors. Perhaps people can dress up as members of various lobby groups and "make it rain" for elected officials (possibly people wearing masks, picking up as much money off the floor as they can).
Instead of attacking wall street, we should be attacking the lobby groups that wall street hires to bribe our elected officials. Simply making wall street pay more taxes would not solve any problems. The reason they pay less taxes is because they are so organized that they have basically been able to bribe out elected officials "legally".
We need to break off from this two party system and vow to do out research when voting, and not vote for anyone taking campaign contributions.
These are just a few ideas I am throwing out there. I have a lot more but want to hear what people have to say.
