GA Agenda Proposal: Funding Reqest for Button Maker, Parts a

Be it proposed that the Occupy Chicago General Assembly vote to fund purchase of a
Button maker, parts and printing to make 1000 buttons for Occupy Chicago fundraising
and outreach. The Propaganda Working Group has 5 people who will sign on as stewards
of the hardware and the proceeds. These individuals will be responsible to the GA for the
hardware and the donations resulting.

The 2 ⅜ Manual Button maker is from the Badge-a-minit company for $400.00. A web link to all

In addition, be it proposed that the Occupy Chicago General Assembly vote to fund purchase of a
button parts from USA buttons = 1,000 parts at cost of $64 plus $20 shipping = $84 total . That's 9 cents/button

Local color printing for 1000 buttons = $70 That's 6 cents/ button

Accounting Summary: We can make our own buttons for 15 cents per button cost after we buy the machine for $400.
