New GA-Related Secretariat Committee Proposals

Some new secretariat committee proposals will be presented for the second time this week at the 3pm GA and put forth to a vote at the 7pm GA today. They are:
- To amend passed proposal of having 1 person from the secretariat setting the agenda before the meeting to an open meeting 1 hour before each GA where a group can meet to set an agenda.
- To set up open and daily or bidaily GA roles training committee where people will be trained on more specific procedures of GA and general advice on how to effectively moderate meetings. It would then assign and ensure that there are trained people at each GA.
- Make the morning GA happen earlier than 3pm since the currently there is not much time for people to work on things in between. There will be a vote on whether it should be shifted back to either 11am OR 1pm.
