Housing has submitted the lease application to the building manager along with the edits to the lease (including the permitted uses for the space). We expected to hear back soon whether or not we'll be approved to move on to signing the lease. After that approval is secured, and the lease is signed, we can move in. Unfortunately there's no set time frame for this, we're still playing it by ear.
We requested and received a quote for commercial liability insurance from a local company. This type of insurance is a requirement for all of the tenants.
